With a solid academic background, including a Master's degree in Event Creation and Management from ISCOM and an MBA in Luxury Management and Marketing from Sup de Luxe, Vanessa has consolidated her knowledge base. Her various roles as Event Project Manager at Cartier, LVMH, and SAP have enriched her experience and refined her customer-centric approach. Her role as a trainer at EFMM has also allowed her to teach wedding scenography and decoration, communication, and the tools of the wedding planner's trade, sharing her expertise with the next generation of wedding professionals.
Vanessa is also a fervent believer in continuous improvement, having acquired additional certifications in event design from Jean-Charles Vaneck and in floral art from Esther Lamarche, enabling her to offer breathtaking visual creations. When she takes charge of organizing your wedding, Vanessa brings not only technical expertise, but also an intuitive understanding of trends and personal desires, ensuring that every aspect of your big day lives up to your dreams. Morgan, the maestro of user experience in the wedding industry
Morgan is a quiet force, an experienced designer and product manager at VMcom, bringing a decade of expertise in product management and UX/UI design to the table. With a degree in multimedia project management specializing in UX from IESA Multimedia and a degree in psychology from the University of Tours, he honed his UX/UI design skills at several Parisian web agencies before shifting his career toward projects that combine technology, design, and social impact.
At VMcom, Morgan focuses primarily on managing internal projects aimed at consolidating the company's physical and digital products and services, thereby ensuring a solid foundation for the creation and delivery of exceptional solutions. His vision aligns perfectly with VMcom's philosophy: celebrating every important moment in life by creating memorable experiences. He firmly believes that life is made up of a multitude of micro-moments which, when celebrated and shared, become the source of the most unforgettable memories.
Morgan believes that "What matters in life is the intensity of life, not its duration," as Jacques Brel said. Cathy, the caring soul of VMcom
Cathy embodies the caring spirit of the VMcom team, dedicated to creating memorable moments. Her devotion to family and innate sense of the importance of shared moments are reflected in her commitment to each project. She is responsible for meticulously managing the decoration inventory, ensuring that each item is carefully prepared to capture each couple's unique vision.
Within the team, Cathy plays a vital role in preparing personalized details for the bride and groom. Her keen eye for detail helps ensure that every decorative element is perfectly organized and ready to be used on the big day.
